    Location is up one flight of stairs on the west side of the building.

  • Saturday, Sept 21, 2024

    10am - 2pm

    Due to an info-packed class we will start on time. Small movement and bio-breaks will be given.

  • Please be prepared with moveable clothing. Ideally shorts for Foot Function to allow ease on / off tables.

    Please bring any note taking devices you would like.

    Please come satiated. There is a small balcony and bio-breaks will be provided, yet food will not be allowed indoors.

    Please bring a water with secure lid.

    There is a private restroom inside suite.

  • Class size is limited to 6 to allow greater participation and application.

  • Refunds are available 2 weeks prior to seminar. After that, purchases are non-refundable. Please understand this is due to maintaining an intimate class size and accessible price point.

    There will be no recording sent to participants if you are unable to attend live.
